Profile

Secure, negotiate, structure

Hands-on procurement with a general management mindset.

My whole career has been in sectors that do not tolerate approximation. As a member of the executive committee of a listed group, I led procurement on defence programmes worth tens of millions of euros, rebuilt a seventeen-strong procurement team across three continents and integrated two industrial subsidiaries.

Today I lead procurement at Safran Martin-Baker France, where I manage critical suppliers in France and the UK and have rewritten the company’s contractual framework. My experience as an entrepreneur, in France and then in Andorra, gives me a first-hand view of cash, margin and governance.

Secure

Critical suppliers, dual sourcing, ITAR, EAR, AS9100 and NADCAP compliance.

Negotiate

Defence programmes from €44M to €90M supported in procurement, terms of purchase, claims.

Structure

Teams, processes, ERP and data-driven management, from SMEs to listed groups.

Experience

Professional experience

An early career in digital and consulting, then nine years leading industrial procurement. One common thread: data, negotiation and control of flows.

  • Rewrite of the General Terms of Purchase: bilingual version, expanded from 18 to 31 articles (termination, liability and insurance, obsolescence, build-to-print, intellectual property and reverse engineering), presented to the Managing Director.
  • Supplier on-time delivery: OTD methodology with separate tolerances for France and the UK, negotiated with strategic suppliers; procurement reporting moved from Business Central to Power BI.
  • Supply security: dual sourcing and management of supplier action plans.
  • Critical situations: AOG emergencies, non-conformities, supplier claims.
  • Interface with the Martin-Baker parent company and with aerospace groups that are both customers and suppliers.
